The Retreat

Relaxing on the verandah

Relaxing on the verandah

Surrounded by beautiful countryside, the UK Trisha Stewart Clinic and Retreat flanks the eastern side of Dartmoor National Park and rests amid its own farmland. We’re conveniently reachable by London’s mainline trains and airports, as well as the airport in Exeter.

With dramatic Tors to the east, and the cathedral town of Exeter just minutes away, this idyllic spot between the South and North Devon coastlines offers limitless natural beauty and a unique respite.

The retreat offers individually tailored programmes to suit the specific needs of each client. Each retreat begins with a personal one to one consultation and a complete, non invasive, health screening so that we can be sure the programme set will be exactly what our clients need and also what the body will tolerate. The screening will identify any weaknesses or imbalances that are holding you back from complete health and vitality.

During our clients stay with us, we will be setting attainable health and lifestyle goals. Upon departure a programme will have been developed, taking into consideration a client’s daily schedule and lifestyle, which will ensure that further health goals can be attained. We want all of our clients to have choices for their future wellbeing.

We use some of the most advanced and effective techniques available today to help our clients back to full health and vitality. Including a range of organic foods to help heal the mind and body.

While with us, you’ll stay in a beautiful converted barn or the 300 year old farmhouse with wood burners plus full central heating, so no matter when you’re with us, you’ll be warm and comfortable. The barn is adjacent to the farmhouse so that groups can choose to be together or near each other.

As an important part of our programme, all food will be organic and locally sourced where possible with a vegetarian, Ayurvedic, Macrobiotic, Mediterranean and Raw Food mix. Plus, the water is pure and from our own spring.

Everything we offer here at the Trisha Stewart Clinic and Retreat is centered on you and your health. We will fulfill all of your needs and welcome you to our fabulous retreat.

The Trisha Stewart Retreat is a small and very exclusive venue – we enjoy the fact that our clients have seclusion and individual attention, ideal for those who are in the public spotlight and wish to remain incognito.

The venue is ideal for two to 10/12 people sharing the beautifully converted barn and farmhouse with full support from the Trisha Stewart team who are on hand to ensure your stay is comfortable and the goals we have set for your stay are achieved.
