Two days will be packed with fun whilst learning about how your body works, what it needs to function and how to get the best out of fabulous seasonal foods both cooked and raw.
The accent will be on food as this is the mainstay of our lives alongside of water, talking about water, we have our own Dartmoor spring water here.
The meals will be mainly Vegan or Vegetarian and you will get to eat the lovely organic produce prepared plus some biodynamic wine with your evening meal. The idea is to show you how you can eat well without the use of meat, fowl or fish. We will also be using alternatives to dairy and wheat. Depending on the season we will also forage for food along the hedgerows.

- Sprouting and the importance of these little shoots
- How to use some of those more unusual vegetables
- The use of herbs in cooking and raw food and the benefits to your health
- Making your own deli in the fridge for quick packed lunches or snacks
- Planning you meals and shopping to save time
- How to raise your body PH – vital to good health

The two days will be packed, could probably stretch into three or more but for starters this is the one.
You stay will be fully inclusive of accommodation and meals and a glass or two of biodynamic wine.
